Remodeling Logistical Support FULL SERVICE Finding suitable architects, geometra, contractors, carpenters, artisans, electricians, and plumbers for you to choose from. Gathering best possible quotes and estimates for remodel projects. Communicating between local trades-people, agencies and property owners. Assist with providing necessary documents for turning-on the electricity, water, telephone, gas, etc. On-site property visits. Be the owners-eyes and ears during the actual renovations. Email updated reports with photos. Become the translator between contractors and owner. SERVICE FEE: 10% of total remodel expense. Not including building permits needed for remodels - each contractor is directly responsible for the necessary building permits required for restoration. PARTIAL SERVICE Photo Update: Visit property to take photos of remodel and send images to owner via email. Fee: €50/visit Assist Owners: Communicating between local trades-people, contractors, and property owners. On-Site property visits, assist with problem solving and finding solutions. Fee: €65/hour
